Inspired by the iconic bakeries of New Orleans, our beignets are London’s answer to the fluffiest, crispiest, most indulgent treat this side of the Mississippi. Pillowy on the inside, golden on the outside, and dusted in sugar they’re more than just beignets. They’re a bite of comfort, joy, and connection.

It all started with an idea. In a season of unexpected change, our founder Mimi dreamt up Beignet Beignet with one purpose: to create something that made people feel feel joy, feel warmth, feel part of something. What began as a spark became a calling: to build a brand that brings people together, one beignet at a time.
